LEE M. JACOBSON

Lee M. Jacobson has been a member of the California Bar since 1980. He has been a partner in the firm since its formation in 1988. Mr. Jacobson’s practice emphasizes general insurance defense and insurance coverage. Mr. Jacobson’s practice is now largely specialized in serving as a civil litigation mediator .

Leith B. Hansen has been a member of the California Bar since 1983. He has been a partner in the firm since its formation in 1988. Mr. Hansen’s practice emphasizes professional liability, media liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, along with general insurance defense. Successful jury trials include a claim of wrongful death against a psychologist and a claim of defamation against a newspaper. Mr. Hansen has extensive appellate experience as well, having argued more than 20 cases on appeal, with a high success rate. He has also given presentations on avoiding and coping with litigation to numerous professional organizations over the years.
