JUBE J. NAJARIAN

Education:  California State University at Fresno (BA Public Administration, Magna Cum Laude) with honors, 1978; University of San Diego (JD) 1981, with honors. U.S. District Court Eastern District of California.

Prior Employment: Ericksen, Arbuthnot, Paynter & Brown, Inc., (1981-1988), partner 1985-1988.

    

Jube J. Najarian was admitted to the California State Bar in 1982.  He has been a partner in the firm since its formation in 1988.  For over 20 years, Mr. Najarian’s practice has primarily been insurance defense in the areas of automobile liability, commercial general liability including farm, agricultural, and cold storage losses, professional liability, products liability, construction defect, toxic and environmental torts and funeral home errors and omissions.  Mr. Najarian has tried numerous cases to verdict in various courts through out central California. He also practices in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and the Fifth District Court of Appeals.  He also servers as a private and court appointed mediator and arbitrator.

STEVEN M. MCQUILLAN

Prior Employment: Parichan, Renberg, Crossman, & Harvey (1982-1999), partner 1986-1999.

  

Steven M. McQuillan has been a member of the California Bar since 1982.  He has been a partner in the firm since 1999.  Mr. McQuillan’s practice emphasizes general insurance defense, insurance coverage, trade secrets/unfair competition and ERISA health, life and disability litigation.  Because Mr. McQuillan is also a farmer and owner-operator of a commercial packing shed, he is also well versed in agricultural matters and experienced in agricultural litigation. Mr. McQuillan is a member of ABOTA and has extensive civil jury trial experience.
